The fridge also has plenty of storage space to store your food items and leftovers. This model comes with an automatic ice maker. It produces fresh frozen ice that is filtered. It's easy to use, as well. The dispensers for water and ice are inside the fridge rather than being on the front, which means they don't detract from the sleek appearance of the exterior. The dispensers can be used with any cold beverage, including sports drinks and juice. This refrigerator has a robust stainless steel finish that is resistant to scratches and scratches. It's fingerprint-resistant, too. If you're worried about smudges, consider a cleaning solution that eliminates fingerprints without harsh chemicals.

This refrigerator comes with a large interior space of 20.5 cubic feet and Bosch's patented farmfresh system with four cutting-edge freshness technologies that ensure that fruits, vegetables and leftovers at least three times as long as the average. The temperature of the freezer is near perfect, too, not varying more than a fraction of an inch from the an ideal temperature.

The Bosch refrigerator costs more than the GE Appliances version, but it has more features. It's worth the extra expense. It comes with a door-in-door storage area, where you can store a small amount of food in a container that fits directly into the fridge's door, and it has a convertible drawer with five temperature settings designed to hold different kinds of beverages such as snacks, meat, and wine. LG Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator

LG counter-depth refrigerators pack a lot of storage into small footprints. They're also priced lower than standard-depth French door fridges and can remove the requirement for a separate under-counter freezer.  LG Smart Mirror InstaView counter-depth refrigerator (LMWC23626S) isn't an exception and offers the capacity of a standard fridge, but in contemporary, sleek design that has an internal dispenser for easy access to filtered water.

This model's exterior showcases a fingerprint-resistant stainless steel finish and a mirrored InstaView panel that adds to the modern look of the interior. The door bins have plenty of space, and the top shelf can fold down to create a half-depth shelf to accommodate taller items. A set of crisper drawers are at the lower part of the refrigerator and the deli drawer with a full width can be used to store meat or produce.

The refrigerator features a recessible Icemaker that is located on the back wall. This reduces space and allows you to store more bags of ice. The refrigerator uses door-cooling technology that utilizes vents in the doors of the fridge and freezer to let cold air enter the refrigerator. It helps prevent hot spots and ensures an even temperature throughout the refrigerator.

This LG refrigerator was a standout in our tests and has plenty of capacity to ensure that your family is well-fed however, it has some quirks that we found to be annoying. First the freezer drawers don't remain as cold as we'd like. The middle drawer reached 41 degrees during our highest test of use which is warm enough to serve ice cream and other frozen items. The temperature in the rest of the freezer remained at about 36 degrees.

Another issue is that refrigerator doors have sunken handles on the inside and underneath, which make it hard for those who are smaller to move them closed. This may seem insignificant however, we prefer front mounted handles on refrigerators to make them easier to open and close.

The fridge is expensive, but it's well worth the money for anyone looking to have an ultra-modern look for their kitchen. This refrigerator is recommended for those who want to upgrade their current fridge or are building new homes and want a seamless look for their kitchen.

Samsung Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator

The RF23M8090SG is Samsung's newest and most stylish counter-depth French door fridge, priced at $4,200. It's a good-looking model that boasts useful features like an autofill water pitcher and a temperature-adjustable "FlexZone" drawer. It also performs well in our cooling tests, but we're not fans of its gimmicky polygon handles and the crisper bins are a bit flimsy.

One thing that makes the RF23M8090SG apart is the Bespoke line, which lets you customize your fridge using removable color panels that can be swapped out when you're bored of the ones you have currently. There are 11 color options, from soft pastels to bolder hues and four metallic finishes. These panels can be personalized to include text or photos. This will make the fridge more personal and can be matched to your Rick Owens dress, Andy Warhol banana neon or tie-dye Crocs.

You can also alter the color of the refrigerator's LED lighting, which is a nice touch. The interior of the refrigerator features an intelligent finish that reduces the appearance of smudges and makes cleaning easier. The only negatives to the RF23M8090SG are its somewhat cramped beverage center as well as some learning curve in opening the door-indoor feature that houses a water jug and a dispenser. You must feel for an unmarked lever on the underside of the door midway across, and when you've done that the lever, it opens a second door within the fridge, which houses the docking station for pitchers, the water dispenser and two shelves for drinks.

The 6.8 cubic-foot freezer compartment is large enough to accommodate a large amount of frozen foods and features an impressive slide-out drawer that allows you to access the food you're looking for without opening the entire compartment. The freezer also features an open-air compartment that can be used for storing small items and a large capacity storage drawer that can store larger frozen items. This drawer is lockable with a password, ensuring that any unwanted guests are kept out. It also has an efficient LED to help you see what's inside at an instant. The freezer can also track energy use and help you reduce your power bill with the SmartThings with smart-enabled Energy mode.

Frigidaire Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator

French door refrigerators are an excellent addition to any kitchen. They look neat and are a great fit for all sizes of rooms. If you're looking for the convenience of this style without the extra height, a counter-depth fridge is the way to go. This model from Frigidaire which we've thoroughly tested and has received an above average rating in our evaluations due to its reasonable price and thoughtful features, such as an adjustable temperature drawer.

It also has some irritating issues. Our tests show that the FGHB2866PF gets warm quite a bit in the freezer, and can get uncomfortably warm in the fridge's interior shelving. That's reflected in our heat maps which show how much the interior temps fluctuate minute by minute. The orange area in the upper right, which represents the butter bin, is particularly warm for most of our testing period. It might not seem to be a problem initially, but the fridge spends the majority of its time at 32 degrees.

french door fridge and freezer  to note that this model is not Energy Star certified, which could be important for some buyers. However, the main issue is that it's not a particularly great refrigerator, and the absence of top-of-the-line features and a sturdy construction make it hard to recommend over better options at this price point.

In many ways, the Frigidaire looks and feels like the stainless steel version of a fridge that you might see at your local appliances store. It's a good choice, with a brushed finish that looks good and is impervious to smudges, but it doesn't do much to differentiate itself from other brands that are more feature-rich and more affordable.

However, if  french door fridge freezers  looking for a cheap counter-depth French door refrigerator and don't have the budget to splash out on our top choices and the FGHC2331PF is worth a look. It's got enough storage to meet the needs of the majority of families and does an excellent job of keeping food fresh. And even if it isn't an energy-efficient model, it doesn't even come close to costing more than our top-rated models do.
